revere (old - proof of concept)
A downloadable game
An abandoned chapel.
An old generator that won't start.
Someone or something else.
And not just one of them.
The hours here feel like weeks, but you have to endure them. You must find out the truth. About what? Even you don't really remember that well.
ABOUT
"revere" is a survival horror game that takes the point-and-click mechanics of Five Nights at Freddy's and combines them with puzzles and minigames. Every night is different. Every night you have a different objective, with different puzzles. The one thing that stays the same is that you still have the keep 'them' away. At all costs. The question is, do you have what it takes?
CONTROLS
Left Click
- Interact
- Go forward/back when you face the generator
- Go forward/back when you face the doors
Right Click
- Hold doors shut when you peek through them
- Peek through the ceiling when you face the generator (Don't worry about this one in the demo)
F - Flashlight
GAMEPLAY
You need to start up the generator, but look out for the creature. You need to frequently check both doors for it. If you see it, hold the door shut for about 3 seconds, then you can continue starting the generator.

That was Cool and tricky but short. 4/5
Thanks! This is only a beta, so the demo and of course the final product will be longer! :D
Cool. :)
Once you get the mechanics down it's pretty straight forward, but it looks great and seems like a good start. Some randomization in the puzzles would do great for replayability.
Thanks a lot for playing our beta and for the feedback!

NICE IDEA BUT SO HARD
i like the fnaf 4 style you were aiming at but the monster attacks literally every 2 seconds. you literally have to die twice to read the instrucitons. tone it down a tad
Thanks for the feedback. In the demo we will tone it down xD
